We are continuing with the same supplier (Exito) for our Club polo shirts and hoodies in 2018.   They are a much better quality than the earlier Club t-shirts and hoodies and include the logo of Lancaster Cricket and Sports Club as well as our own Lancaster Tennis Club logo.

An order form for these items can be accessed from here at a slightly higher price because the cost of the embroidery has increased.

Local Schools

As Community Club of the Year 2017 we are committed to extending tennis playing opportunities to juniors from around the area.
We have a very active programme of tennis activities for our junior members - coaching (which is delivered by Eden and Michaela Parkinson of Edentennis), Matchplay, team training; winter box leagues ( as a new initiative) and league teams.   We have members from all over the area.  We are also committed to links with local schools and the nearby Marsh Community Centre.  We recognise the value of tennis as offering young people the chance to take exercise, develop skills and social confidence, take part in a competitive activity and make friends.
The coaching team is fully DBS checked and all coaches have completed First Aid and other relevant courses, as has the Club Welfare Officer Annabel Orr - Tel01524 842890 or 07545314750  or Email:  For the Club's safeguarding policy please click here.

The Club's junior teams have been successful since they were first entered in leagues in 2014.  In that year our U14 team won the Fylde league, and then in 2015 the  same players won the U17 2nd Division and were promoted to Division 1.  This was followed up by the best season - summer 2016 - when the U17 A team won the Fylde Division 1 and the U17 B team came top of Division 2 .  In 2017 the  U14 A team also won the league.   In 2018 our new girls team won the Fylde  U17 league.     CONGRATULATIONS TO  ALL OUR TEAMS & thank  you to all  the parents for their support with the teams & competitions.

The Club's junior programme has been recognised for excellence in a number of ways -  by the Club's achievement of LTA Tennismark ; by the award in 2015 of Lancaster Coach of the Year to Level 4 Club coach Eden Parkinson of  Edentennis .

And most particularly  by the award of Volunteer of the Year on three separate occasions by Tennis Lancashire to our wonderful junior organiser Pat Clelland - most recently for 2017.
